Project notes

Design referenced from real A-frame rental listings and a cabin stay from Ryan Trahan's 50 States in 50 Days series (Day 22). Most furniture, foliage, and props are licensed library assets; layout, materials, lighting, cameras, and the final renders and edits were done in-house.

What we make

One scene, every format a listing needs.

Scoped and priced per project once we have the brief. No hourly billing.

01

Exterior and interior stills

Every room composed and lit like a photo shoot, in 4K and web sizes, before anything is built.

02

Day and night passes

The same camera at noon and after dark, so buyers see how the place feels at both ends of the day.

03

Cinematic flythrough

A continuous camera through the site and the interior, cut to music, for the pitch, the sales suite, or the planning room.

04

Vertical reels

Short 9:16 films for listings and social feeds, pulled from the same scene at no extra build cost.

05

Material and lighting options

Swap finishes, furniture, or time of day while the scene is live, so decisions get made on screen, not on site.

06

Investor and planning packs

A consistent visual set for the deck and the submission, from one source, so every image agrees with the next.

Before you ask

Straight answers before you write.

Can you work from our drawings or BIM model?

Yes. Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and ArchiCAD exports are normal starting points, and so are plain 2D plans with elevations. We tell you on the first call what we need.

Can we change finishes after seeing it?

That is the point of working in real time. Materials, furniture, and lighting change while the scene is live, before the final renders are made.

What do we actually receive?

Final masters in 4K plus the web, social, and vertical versions your launch needs, along with stills pulled from the film. Formats are agreed in the scope, not improvised at the end.

How long does a film take?

Most projects run three to six weeks from approved treatment to final master, depending on scope. We give you a dated schedule before work starts, and the review checkpoints are fixed in it.

What does it cost?

Every project is scoped and quoted before anything begins. Send the brief by email and we come back with a fixed price against a defined deliverable list, so there is no open-ended hourly billing.
